This Terms of Use agreement (“the Agreement”) sets out the conditions for using the sdl-nobel.az website (“the Site”). By using the Site you are deemed to have fully accepted the following terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please discontinue your use of the Site.
1. General provisions
The Site is operated by SDL Nobel. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement unilaterally at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Site.
2. Rules of use
When using the Site, you undertake to:
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes;
- Refrain from any action that disrupts the normal operation of the Site;
- Not infringe the rights of other users or third parties;
- Not provide false or fraudulent information.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, images and software — belongs to SDL Nobel or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Copying, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without the Company's written permission is prohibited.

The Site is provided “as is”. The Company does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information on the Site and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site.
5. External links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
6. Job applications
Job applications submitted through the Site are evaluated as part of the Company's recruitment process. Submitting an application does not create any employment relationship or obligation.
7. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Any disputes that arise are resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
